Go “Flex an Egg” could be one of the best health tips you will ever get. No, we don’t mean a hard-boiled egg or a raw egg. That could be awfully messy when the whites slide down between your legs. Or an Easter egg, for that might jar the sensibilities of those of the Christian faith. That was the opening paragraph of an article I wrote a few years back in a column called “Sexually Speaking”. It was written about a stone egg that we sold at the time which has since been replaced by the Crystal Onyx Massage Egg. It is as interesting and important today as it was then and I thought deserved repeating.
