FAQ

ORDERING QUESTIONS

1. Do you offer Gift Certificates or Gift Cards? Yes... we do offer gift certificates. Just click on Gift Certificates and fill in the information. You can send the gift certificate to your special someone by email or in the mail.

2. Will my credit card be charged immediately? Yes... your credit card will be charged during the checkout procedure. You will receive a confirmation directly from our processor as well as a receipt from us. Credit card information is not recorded or saved on our data base as an additional security measure.

3. Why should I become a registered user? As a registered user you will receive special offers, discounts and newsletters if you choose to. You can opt out of our emailing list any time you would like to.

4. Why did you call or e-mail me to verify my order? When your order is entered you will receive a Receipt by email and we will send another email when the is completed. If there is any issue that needs your attention you will receive another email from us. We will not call you unless you call us first and we have to return your call.

5. How do I know that my order has been shipped? You will receive an email directly from the post office or UPS with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You can also check the status of your order by signing in and if your order has been shipped you will find the tracking number there as well.

6. How do I change or cancel an order? You can email customerservice@evesgarden.com or call 857-313-3556 and let us know what you would like to change. We will accommodate if we can you as long as your order has not already been shipped.

7. What are my payment options? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Pay Pal or by sending a check in the mail to Medford Storage, Unit H-1, 970 Fellsway, Medford MA 02155. We currently do not accept American Express cards.

8. Is ordering over the internet secure? Ordering online with us is secure. All of your personal information is encrypted and we never have access to your credit card number. Your credit card is processed by one of the largest processors in the industry eNetworkProcessing your card number is not saved by us in our data base. This creates a slight inconvenience for repeat orders but it creates an extra measure of security.

9. Is your packaging discreet? We ship your order in a plain brown box with no mention of Eve's Garden on the outside of the box. We never send any form of advertising through the mail.

10. How old do I have to be to order from Eve's Garden? You have to be 18 years of age or older to order form Eve's Garden.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

1. When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive? Under normal circumstances your order will be shipped that day or the next business day. If you select USPS Priority Mail your order will probably arrive in two to three days depending upon your location. If you select express mail and we receive your order by 2:00pm eastern standard time you should receive your order the next day. Express mail orders received after 2:00pm may be shipped the same day but can not be guaranteed and more likely will be shipped the following business day and you should receive your package one day after that.

2. What is the status of my order? How do I track my order? You can sign in to your account at any time to check the status of your order. If your order shows completed you will see a tracking number on the order which you can copy and paste into your search engine to check the status of your package.

3. What is the difference between order date and ship date? The order date is the day that you entered your order. You can find the day that we actually shipped your order by tracking your package. If there is more than one day before we ship your order it usually means that we were out of stock of an item, size or color. In that case the status of your order should be queued rather than processed and you should have been notified by us by email.

4. What are your shipping fees? We offer a flat rate of $5.00 to ship a package anywhere in the United States via the US Postal Service Priority Mail. We also offer a flat rate of $25.00 to ship anywhere in the United States via USPS Express mail. In addition you may choose to ship via UPS at their posted rates upon checkout.

5. Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
