It adds to the noise a lot but is worth it. Two great ways to use. Firstly hold the wand away from you withthe tip of the G-Spotter on your clitoris and with the motor on hi run the tip up and down the vulva (a bit of lube helps). Second is to sit on a soft chair and hold the wand in both hands in the sort of position an erect penis would go. Have the curved probe right up in the vagina and the side of the cap pressed onto the vulva so it contacts the clitoris. The soft chair will press the head up into you without being painful. On whatever speed you can stand it is fantastic and gives really deep and powerful orgasms -
