Return Policy

Please do not return any merchandise without receiving an RMA # from our
customer service department.

To Request an RMA#... email customerservice@evesgarden.com.

Include your name, order number and a brief description of the problem in your email.

We will do whatever we can to make your shopping experience at Eve's Garden a pleasant and satisfying one. However due to the personal nature of our products we are unable to accept most used items for return or exchange. If you have any questions regarding a particular item please feel free to call 212-757-8651 for a more thorough description of the item before you enter your order.

Defective Merchandise

Most of our products are are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days. Upon return of the defective item, we will gladly send you a replacement, or issue you a merchandise credit for the full value of the item plus your shipping costs for the original delivery and the return shipping cost. Merchandise credits will be posted to your account and available as payment upon checkout of your next order.

Unopened Merchandise

Unopened items that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned for a merchandise credit. All requests for an RMA# must be made within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept non-defective returns or exchanges of items that have been opened.

Shipping charges will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective. You will be responsible for our actual shipping costs of sending the package to you (not the $5.00 flat rate you paid) when you return unopened packages.

Products that are returned will never be resold

Returns should be mailed to the address below with the RMA# written on the outside of the box.
