experience at Eve's Garden is a pleasant and satisfying one.
However due to the personal nature of our products we are
unable to accept most items for return or exchange. If you
are not happy with any product you purchased from us, please
e-mail us at customerservice@evesgarden.com and
we will do whatever we can to help you.
Defective products will be replaced if returned within 14
days of receipt. Deliveries made by UPS can be returned by
using a UPS return tag. Packages sent via U.S. priority mail
and express mail must be returned via the U.S. Postal Service.
Do not send back any products without first contacting us
by e-mail. Products that are returned will never be resold.
