RATES: The method of shipping is chosen by you and
based upon your selection, calculated by our shopping cart
when your order is placed. Packages sent to Post Office
Boxes must be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.
SHIPPING: Orders entered over the weekend will
be processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday morning.
Orders entered weekdays before noon will be processed the
same day and shipped the following business day. Orders received after
2:00pm (Eastern) for Express Mail Delivery may not be
shipped until the following day. Express Mail deliveries
may be sent via one of several carriers including the U.S.
Postal Service.
CATALOGS: Catalogs ordered separately will be shipped
First Class Mail for $3.00. Upon request catalogs
will be shipped free of charge with your order.
OVERSEAS DELIVERIES: Due to circumstances beyond
our control we have been forced to temporarily suspend shipments
to Canada and all other foreign countries. We are hoping
to resume deliveries overseas in the near future.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY: If we are temporarily out of
stock of a product, you may receive a partial order or your
order may not be processed at all until it becomes available.
That is usually within a week. If a product becomes unavailable
from our suppliers, you will be notified via e-mail. You
credit card will not be charged unless we have the products
in stock and your order is prepared for shipment.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION: If your order is shipped UPS
you will receive an e-mail with your Tracking Number. Your
package can be tracked on our web site by entering your tracking
number after clicking on the Track Order icon. You will not
receive an e-mail notification of U.S. Postal Service deliveries.
If a postal deliver is not made on time, please e-mail us
at customerservice@evesgarden.com and we we track your package
for you.
