There are several things that you should be aware of that will help you to track your order.
When you entered your order you should have received a confirmation immediately on your screen upon
completion of your order. In addition you should have received an email confirmation from Customer
Service that included a 4 digit order number. Please make sure that your email order confirmation
confirms that you paid by Credit Card. Shortly there after you should have received another email directly
from our credit card processor stating that your credit card card has been charged. If you have chosen
to pay by check or money order you will not receive any further communication from us until we receive payment.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
All of your orders can be accessed by logging on to your account
The status of your order will be considered as "Pending" until it is actually picked up for delivery, at which time it will be
changed to "Processing"
If any part of your order is not in stock, an email will be sent to you and a notation made on your order
Upon changing the status of your order from "Pending" to "processing" you will receive an email with a Tracking Number on it

Your order can be tracked on the United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) web site by entering the tracking number
in one of the two boxes below
Please note that if your package was shipped by UPS you should have received an email directly from UPS giving you the details of the delivery
Tracking USPS Priority Mail packages differs from UPS in that, the USPS web site will not show the delivery progress of a package. It will only show
the day an attempt to deliver a package was made or it was actually left at your door
